Having a duece of a time building up 'learning points'. I whack away at enemys and later on attempt to "learn" specific skills. "Comeback when you have more learning points." (sigh) This seemingly good game has useless instructions in ENGLISH. Checked a couple of walkthru's (do not like using walk thru's) but saw no advice on learning points.

Example: 30% Two-handed and 10% One-handed. If you increase two-handed by 10%, then one-handed will also increase by 10% so 40% Two-handed and 20% One-handed. The Gothic 1 control system is over-complicated. Instead of a single key press for a single action, you are required to use two. For instance, to do a simple attack in Gothic 2, you just hit the left mouse button (LMB). With the Gothic 1 control system, you have to hold down the LMB AND press the forward movement key.
Press F2 to open the console. 3. Type in "edit abilities" (without quotes), and press Enter. 4. Type "xp=150" (without quotes). This is you taking the number from step 0 above and adding however much experience you want for the quest you missed/failed/whatever. wkibX.
