I am running RDR2 on a ROG RTX 2070S 8GB and i5 7600 K overclocked to 4.45 GHz and 16 GB RAM. My issue is to have smooth gameplay I need to keep the graphic settings such that the game does not use more than 4 GB of the graphic card. If I change the settings to use the card around 6 GB or more, the game takes a huge drop in its performance.
Verdict. First of all, the performance of both GPUs is not bad at all. Low is playable and the gameplay is smooth for both video cards. As you may already guess, the 50W graphics card is faster with 23% better result.
